jjmmm Terms and Conditions — Rules for Filipino Players

1Eligibility

The jjmmm platform is intended exclusively for eligible Filipino adults. To open and use a jjmmm account, a person must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at every subsequent login and transaction:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gaming through a licensed operator is permitted under applicable Philippine law.
• Not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion from jjmmm or from any gaming platform.
• Not be registered as a problem gambler with any recognised database or programme.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or third party in relation to the jjmmm account.

jjmmm reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If a player cannot confirm eligibility to jjmmm's satisfaction, the account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending investigation. Funds credited to an ineligible account may not be returned.

It is the sole responsibility of each individual to ensure that their use of jjmmm complies with the laws of their location. jjmmm does not accept liability arising from any player using the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

2Account Registration and Security

Each eligible person may hold only one active jjmmm account. Opening more than one account — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering with jjmmm, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and contact number. jjmmm uses this information for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming compliance.

Account security is your responsibility. Specifically:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your jjmmm account that you do not use for any other service.
• Never share your jjmmm login credentials — including OTPs and verification codes — with any other person.
• Log out fully from jjmmm after every session, particularly on a shared or public device.
• Contact jjmmm support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

jjmmm will never ask for your password in a support interaction. Any communication claiming to require your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jjmmm promptly.

jjmmm reserves the right to verify account information at any stage. The platform may request documents such as a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3Deposits

All jjmmm account balances are held and displayed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits, subject to availability and verification status:

Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in the name of the jjmmm account holder. Third-party deposits — including payments from a friend's GCash, a family member's bank account, or any payment method not registered to you — are not permitted under any circumstances.

The minimum deposit amount is displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally processed in real time, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the policies of the relevant bank or e-wallet provider. jjmmm is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

If a deposit does not appear in your jjmmm balance within the expected processing window, keep the transaction reference number from your payment provider and contact jjmmm support before attempting a repeat transaction. Duplicate deposits resulting from repeated submission without contacting support are the account holder's responsibility.

4Withdrawals

Eligible jjmmm players may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account has been fully verified with all required identity and payment documents.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met before withdrawal of funds derived from a bonus or promotion.
• The withdrawal amount meets the stated minimum and does not exceed the stated maximum for the selected method.
• The receiving payment account is registered in the same name as the jjmmm account.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. jjmmm reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal, including for accounts that have not been active for an extended period.

Processing times vary by payment method. Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed within the timeframe stated in the jjmmm help centre. Requests submitted during public holidays or banking system maintenance windows may experience additional delays. jjmmm is not responsible for delays attributable to the receiving bank or e-wallet provider after the withdrawal has been approved.

5Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Spins

jjmmm offers promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. Every active promotion has its own set of specific terms covering minimum deposit, qualifying games, wagering requirement, maximum stake during wagering, validity period, and maximum conversion cap. These specific terms are displayed on the relevant promotion page and must be read in full before opting in.

General conditions that apply to all jjmmm bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds and free-spin winnings must meet the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal is processed.
• The maximum stake permitted while a wagering requirement is active is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Bets placed above this limit during the wagering period may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Only games listed in the promotion terms contribute toward wagering. Different game types may contribute at different rates.
• Bonus funds and promotional winnings expire at the end of the stated validity period. Expired balances cannot be reinstated.

6Gameplay and Betting Rules

All game outcomes on the jjmmm platform are determined by certified random number generation systems for casino games and by official match results for sports betting markets. jjmmm has no ability to influence individual outcomes, and neither does any player action or pattern of play.

Once a bet or wager has been confirmed on jjmmm, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Players are responsible for reviewing stake amounts, odds, and market selections on the bet slip before submitting. It is the player's responsibility to confirm all details before pressing the confirmation button.

In the event of a technical fault that affects a game round or bet settlement, jjmmm will investigate using available server-side records. The outcome of such an investigation may result in a bet being voided and the stake returned. In no circumstance will jjmmm settle a bet at incorrect odds that resulted from a pricing error or technical malfunction.

For sports betting markets:

• Markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
• Postponed or abandoned fixtures are settled in line with the specific competition rules displayed with each market.
• In-play odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any point. The odds at the time of confirmed submission determine the payout, not the price a player viewed prior to submission.

7Responsible Gaming Obligations

jjmmm is committed to responsible gaming as a core platform principle, not merely a compliance requirement. The platform provides the following tools to every verified account holder:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, effective immediately upon setting.
• Session time reminders to alert players when a self-selected duration has elapsed.
• Cool-off periods that temporarily restrict access to betting and gaming features.
• Self-exclusion that removes platform access for a player-chosen minimum duration, with reinstatement subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jjmmm and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any remaining balance, in addition to any legal action jjmmm considers appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one jjmmm account in any name, combination of details, or using proxies.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Colluding with other players in games where individual play is required.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or technical tools designed to gain an unfair advantage over jjmmm or other players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes rather than reporting them to jjmmm support.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using jjmmm as a channel for processing funds of unknown or illegal origin.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your jjmmm account.
• Accessing jjmmm from a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited and concealing that location through a VPN or similar tool.

9Privacy and Personal Data

jjmmm collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, responsible gaming compliance, and customer communication. 10Limitation of Liability

jjmmm provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain stable, uninterrupted service, jjmmm does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical faults, interruptions, or data errors at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may temporarily affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, jjmmm's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the balance held in that player's verified account at the time of the relevant incident. jjmmm will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses including loss of expected winnings, loss of opportunity, or loss of data resulting from platform downtime or technical faults.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring their device, internet connection, and local environment are suitable for gaming. Any loss of a game state or bet resulting from a device failure or disconnection on the player's side will not be compensated unless jjmmm's server-side records confirm that a technical error on jjmmm's systems was the primary cause.

11Amendments to These Terms

jjmmm reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be made for legal compliance, regulatory requirements, operational reasons, or to improve clarity for Filipino players.

When material changes are made to these jjmmm terms, registered players will be notified via the email address on their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of jjmmm after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last reviewed. If you do not agree to an updated version of the jjmmm Terms and Conditions, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
